Hello? You Paying Attention?

The early bird might catch the worm, but the night owl stays alert longer into the day. According to a new study, folks who wake up early in the morning experience mental fatigue quicker than people on a late-night sleep schedule.  They measured brain activity hour-for-hour.  In other words, both groups slept the same amount of hours, just at different times.
